We’re excited to share some big news from the club.

Today, we’re launching a £100,000 fundraising appeal to help us extend our function room and create a brand-new, improved space where more people can come together to celebrate, meet, and make memories, both on matchdays and throughout the week.

Why We’re Doing This

Our club has always been about more than rugby. It’s a place where friendships are made, families connect, and the community comes together. Over the years, our function room has hosted everything from presentation nights and club events to birthdays, wakes, charity evenings and local group meetings.

Demand has grown, and it’s clear we need a space that’s bigger, more flexible and better suited for the variety of events people want to hold here.

This project will help us create a venue that works for everyone, whether you’re booking a family celebration, organising a fundraiser, or looking for a welcoming space for a community group.

What the Extension Will Deliver

The extension will allow us to:

- Increase capacity so more people can attend events comfortably
- Create a more versatile layout that suits different types of functions
- Improve the overall experience for guests with a refreshed, modern feel
- Support the club’s long-term future by generating additional income to reinvest into rugby and community activities
